4. MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor
5. MEP Senior Planning Engineer
6. MEP Senior Engineer Construction (HVAC/BMS/EPMS/Electrical)
7. MEP QAQC Senior Engineer (HVAC/BMS/Electrical/EPMS/FS/PD)
8. Senior Engineer BIM
9. BIM Modeler
10. Architect

Key Requirement:

• Tertiary Degree (Bachelor level) in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Architecture
• 15+ years postgraduate experience and 5+ years in the current role
• Multi-discipline project experience
• Experience in non-residential building construction, preferably experience in the construction of advance technology or life science facilities
• Experience in the application of digital engineering tools and BIM technology for planning, preparation, execution and commissioning of the works
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and risk management skills
• Ability to drive compliance and effective governance
• Demonstrated ability to drive business excellence and continuous improvement
• Ability to publicly present, network and train others
