Project Logistic Manager

We are looking for Project Logistic Manager

Requirements:

• S1 in Engineering
• Have a knowledge about EPCI oil & gas daily operations
• Familiar with T&I offshore operation and engineering
• Min. 10 years experiences in logistics
• Fluent in English
• Have experiences in Vietnam, Indonesia, and Singapore
• Willing to travel to Vietnam for the upcoming projects

Responsibilities:

• Develop logistic concept
• Managing planning, execute, supervise logistic of offshore installation work
• Handle time scheduling, budget control and interdisciplinary coordination of offshore logistic activities
• Identify shipping and logistic support agent
• Establish temporary logistics of offshore operations
• Manage Jetty Operations to Load outs and Backloads of Marine Supply Vessels
• Manage project materials loading/unloading, movement, inventory and tracking
• Familiar with Domestic and International formalities for vessel, material and personnel movements
• Ensure timely scheduling of Vessels, personnel and materials movements in and out related with the organizational policy and procedure, with relevant local and international laws
• Ensure invoicing and billing of Shipping agents
