Quality Control Manager

We are looking for a QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible in Quality Control Department
• Ensuring all the products in accordance with the standard & specification
• Developing effective Quality Control System to reduce the reject rate
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets within the maintain minimum reject rate
• Ensure compliance of quality to national and international standarts.
• Responsible for creating and implementing the improvement plan within the related area
• Provides direction, development and leadership to Quality Control Supervisors

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Chemical (Industrial) or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Production Management, Production Control, Quality Control, Manpower Planning, Leadership
• Mastery in quality principles knowledge
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Adhesive Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
