HaieRD Consulting is servicing a client to fill a new vacant job position. This client is a medical device company, it produces, sells, and distributes products directly or through it's subsidiaries.

To be stationed in client's factory at Bandung, a qualified person is required to fill Business Development Manager position.

Qualification:

1. Education: min. S1 any major
2. Age range: around 37 to 45's
3. Industrial experience: medical devices (preferable in consumable products)
4. Job scope experience: Marketing/ Business Development/ Product Management
5. Job level experience: minimum Assistant Manager
6. Managerial experience: in charged in holding/ managing intercompany team (subsidiaries team member)
7. Language: English (mandatory), Mandarin (prefference)
8. Soft skills: strategic thinking, proactive, communicative, good initiative, a target oriented with good process justification.
