Position: Customer Service Representative (contract-based)
Placement: Semarang, Central Java

Responsibility:

  • Answering incoming calls and respond to e-mail
  • Handle customer inquiries by e-mail and social media
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Complete all call logs
  • Updating customers profile into computer
  • Conduct customer surveys to ascertain the level of customer service

Qualification:

  • Minimum D-3 any major
  • Maximum 30 year old
  • Experience minimum 1 year in the call center (inbound, outbound, and handle social media, fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Able to speak in English (active or passive)
  • Communicative
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule including weekend and public holiday
