ARYADUTA Hotel Group is currently recruiting for the following positions:

Group Director of Sales (GDOS) – Aryaduta Head Office
Group Revenue Manager (GRM)- Aryaduta Head Office

General Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma Degree from an accredited college or university
• Experiences on similar role with 4* or 5* Hotel with major International or Indonesia hotel chain and multinational digital company
• Strategic and business acumen with the ability to articulate these and bring into execution
• Experiences in managing diverse Team
• Exceptional communications skills (Bahasa and English), both verbal and written

Specific Qualifications

Group Director of Sales:
You will lead a team of salespeople to support all Aryaduta hotels to achieve budgeted occupancy and revenue, through driving sales for the group and being a brand custodian. This is a key role for Aryaduta, and you need the following capabilities and experiences to be successful: team leadership, strategic long- and short-term planning, out of the box thinking, implementing and defining best in class initiatives, strong internal and external stakeholder management. Aryaduta is currently on a journey to re-define their strategic positioning to create a true unique customer value proposition and travel and leisure experience. You will be closely involved in this journey

Group Revenue Manager:
This role will oversee hotel revenue performance, providing the trend pick up by segment of business movement, forecast and drive the hotel team to achieve budgeted revenue. Specific capabilities and experience are around: Google sheet and Excel, understand how to analyze data and come up with the strategy or action plan, lead the revenue meeting with clear agenda and guideline.
