• SOUS CHEF
• BUTCHER

Requirement:

• Experience in similar position at 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Proven experience in a multi-cultural environment.
• Safe Food Handling certified.
• Knowledgeable and experience in managing all aspect of a butchery section.
• Able to implementing budget, managing labor costs and expenses.
• Creative, has positive attitude, as well as possesses strong interpersonal & communication skills.
