Jumana Bali Ungasan Resort A Majestic Pearl on The Island of Gods is looking for potential candidates for the following positions:

• DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES (DOHR)
• Human Resources Manager (HRM)
• Learning Manager (LM)

If you have the following qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years in a similar position/function
• Previous experience in a pre- opening hotel is an advantage
• Work proficiency using MS Office applications
• (DOHR and HRM) Familiar with all aspects in Human Resources, including recruitment, labor law and general affairs (LM) Familiar with all aspects in Learning & Development, including TNA, design and evaluation
