• Experience in the same position for at least 1 year in hotel / villas
• Familiar with Hotel system is an advantage
• Excellent command both spoken and written English Positive attitude, attention to detail and guest satisfaction oriented Strong interpersonal skills, able to work in part of the team & independent palso work under pressure
