We inviting applicants for position of:  LEGAL HEAD
 
Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for legal licensing and review corporate legal document
• Check and validate consumer documents and document verification.
• Provide legal document when deal with costumers.
• Elaborate with Head Dept to provide legal opinions for Company business matters
• Handle legal document relates to Procurement department
• Handle and prepare all document to submit any kind of permits related to the company
• Keep update with any updates regulations that relates with Legal Department

Requirements:

• Female max 35 years
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in a developer property company.
• Preferably Assistant Head specializes in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
• Honest, hard worker, has integrity for works
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta Timur & Bogor.
