URGENTLY looking for RME (Reliability & Maintenance Excellence) Data Support.
 This role shall be responsible for;

• Timely scheduling of routine maintenance program and operational tasks in CMMS related to PMR (Planned Maintenance Routine) program
• Maintain and updating CMMS JD Edwards Maintenance Management system including updating maintenance information and system procedures and processes
• Maintain, update and identify system improvements to reporting, including producing new reports for JDE MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Operation) stakeholders.
• Develop Monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) related to operations and maintenance aspects measurements or statistical data
• Supporting the maintenance deferral process

Requirement:

• Urgently needed and able to join immediately
• Indonesian Nationality & willing to work in Contract Based
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Management
• 3 - 5 years of experience preferably in Oil & Gas industry
• Experience in CMMS and statistical tools

URGENTLY looking for Reliability Electrical Engineer.
 This role shall be responsible for;

• Ensure that the maintenance and spare part strategy are in accordance with codes, standards, best practices, manufacturers recommendations and company procedures.
• Ensure maintenance task instruction are provided, updated and implemented covering all offshore asset (maintenance equipment).
• Revisit and evaluate maintenance routine programs based on operational and engineering feedback.
• Manage and maintain the equipment condition monitoring program to ensure the healthiness of the equipment.
• Lead and ensure root cause analysis (FMEA) process implementation to optimize maintenance program, minimize and avoid repetitive failure.

Requirement:

• • Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
• • Indonesian Nationality & willing to work in Contract Based
• • 7-10 years of experience preferably in Oil & Gas industry
• • Experience in Reliability Engineering and familiar with Reliability tools

URGENTLY looking for RME (Reliability & Maintenance Excellence) Material Specialist.
 This role shall be responsible for;

• Work with Material Management and other stakeholders to establish the future demand for all inventory and non-inventory materials.
• Monitor the inventory levels and advise Materials Management Team of surplus, un-allocated, and aged inventory including obsolete items.
• In collaboration with Reliability Engineers to identify and validate ROP list covering PMR (Planned Maintenance Routine) program and insurance part based on spare part strategy.
• slow moving and potential material dead stock items (write-off).
• Generate regular KPI reports (90 Days Look-ahead) from CMMS for material readiness status.
• Update the allocation analysis for specific categories of inventory on a quarterly basis.

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Management/Engineering
• 5-7 years of experience preferably in Oil & Gas industry
• Experience in Inventory Management, MRP and CMMS.
