Sous Chef

General requirements :

• Min 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef
• Formal Culinary training and/or education preferred
• Excellent kitchen management Knowledge in creating menu Passionate and Creative in cooking & improving overall quality in food production Prepare high quality food using standard recipes
• Solid knowledge on food costing is a must
• Has strong-positive attitude and pleasant rsonality as a leader
