Position: Admin CMM - Internship
Placement: Surabaya, East Java
Duration: Minimum 3 months up to 6 months
Job Descriptions:
- Handled new Supplier Registration/Agreement (coordinated with Supplier and Legal in terms of the process), submitted to Finance
- Assist to submitted new item sample from Supplier to Warehouse
- Processed the Survey of new SKU according to SOP, and create new SKU in WMS CMS
- Assist to notify Pricing if there's price change
- Follow up delivery schedule of Purchase Order to Supplier
- Assist to coordinated closely with Warehouse, IT & Finance for Inbound - Process and also updated each item’s inbound in Invoice Vendor
- Handled Payment Approval, Coordinated internally with Finance and externally with Supplier in terms of Payment & fulfillment of Purchase Order
- Up stock items to CMS
Requirements:
- Passionate and eager to learn
- Well understand using excel, have the analytical skill & critical thinking.
- Fresh graduate or undergraduate student (preferably in last semester)
