Job Desc :

• handle and resolve customer complaint
• provide the best solution to client/potential client issues via phone, email, and chat
• educate client about our app and product.
• maintain company image by providing the best service.
• process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
• communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• follow up on customer interactions
• provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Job Requirement

• high school / diploma graduated, general education degree or equivalent
• min experience 1 year
• knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• knowledge of relevant computer & social media platforms
• patient in dealing with all types of customers
