Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Psychology, or Law from reputable university
- At least 2 year(s) in human capital field
- Age below 30 years old
- Knowing how to read psychological test
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Familiar with Man Power Regulation and Income Tax Regulation
- Good commercial and business awareness
- Personal commitment, efficiency, flexibility and drive for result
- English proficiency is a plus
- Required skill(s): Great analytical skill, Ability to zoom out, Transformational & authentic leadership, Excellence communication skill, Planning and Organizing
You'll be challenge to:
Coordinating and arranging human capital activities to support the company’s operational activities such as Recruitment and Organization People Development (OPD) in accordance with the prevailing company and government regulations as well as performing office general affairs to ensure all general affairs services are provided in accordance with company policy, on time and support the overall company.
Main duties:
- Responsible for talent management including motivating and developing staffs’ capacity to achieve highest levels of performance
- Maintaining HR databases to ensure that all recruitment, and other employee related information is managed and processed appropriately
- Ensuring that the staff timesheets are submit on time for payroll calculation and attendance record
- Support the recruitment process from advertising, shortlisting and interview arrangements
- Provide support on due diligence processes for prospective candidates and provide advice for interview results for shortlisted candidates
- Ensuring all requirements for new talent are well prepared
- Manage induction schedules and all compulsory training for all talent with all related department
- Ensure the implementation of HR policies and procedures including 3M Code of Conduct.
- Maintain asset, asset list and ensure the company permit are in order and valid
- Coordinate office maintenance and housekeeping to ensure office is well maintained and clean
- Coordinate office asset maintenance regularly to ensure all assets are well maintained and operational ready.
