Job Description

• Ensuring Quality Assurance and quality control of all material;
• Monitor manufacturing process, in ensuring the material / product comply to standards. Witnessing test, inspection work, including documents required.
• Generate daily reports to direct superior.

Qualification

1. Bachelor degree of engineering
2. Good Communication
3. Holding a valid certificate of LEEA Diploma Lifting Gears General and LEEA Diploma Lifting Machine Manual.
4. Holding NDT level II MT and PT Valid certificates from reputable institution such as CSWIP, PCN, ASNT or national certification institution or equivalent.
5. Minimum 3 - 5 years experiences lifting gears inspection such as wire rope sling, webbing sling, shackles, Horizontal/Vertical Clamp, spreader beam, chain hoist, lever hoist, etc.
6. Good Knowledge and Familiar with British Standard of Lifting Equipment/Lifting Gears inspection.
