Position: Merchant Management - Engagement Support Coordinator (10131)

Job Qualifications:

• Good communication and presentation skill, highly discipline, well organized, people oriented.
• English proficiency is a must
• Experienced in training at least 1 year
• Min D3 from reputable university
• Understand Training Need Analysis (TNA), development module and curriculum
• Able to using Google Document, Google Spreadsheet and Google Slide
• After Effect and Adobe Illustrator, is a plus
• Able to work in high intensity and attention to details
• Location: Jakarta

Job Description:

• Create Training plan
• Create a training script to implement on Training Video
• Support creative team on Training module production
• Communicate with stakeholder for Training Module coordination (including timeline, SLA, etc)
• Make sure Training module are delivered within given timeline
