Sales Department: Sales Engineer Staff

Job Description:

• Responsible for selling products and achieving sales targets in the area specified.
• Designing and implementing strategies to increase product sales.
• Proactive in finding new prospects in various media.
• Build and maintain good cooperative relationships with new customers in areas specified to increase sales product.
• Analyzing customer needs to increase offers to related customers.
• Mastering product knowledge, so it easier to make offers to customers.
• Make monthly reports or visits reports based on market and sales information accurately.
• Monitor the status of customer orders to avoid delays in its delivery.
• Doing after sales communication with customers in order to increase customer’s trust.

Requirements:

• Minimum 20 years-old
• Able to speak or understand mandarin language is preferred
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta Barat

Experience requirements:

• Minimum 1 year have experience in selling in the same industry, but we are open to fresh graduate.
• Have experience in mechanical and electrical works is preferred

Educational Requirements:

• SMK/Diploma/bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), preferred in Engineering major

Personality requirements:

• Positive attitude
• Good listener and a team worker
• Customer Focused, mastering product knowledge
• Must be sales oriented with set deadlines & key objectives
• Willingness to travel internally and work at times outside work schedules
• Must be presentable to customers at all times with good passion for costumer care
• Well-organized, approachable, proactive individual who is a team player

Skill requirements:

• Have an active driving licensed (SIM A)
• Computer-literate person (Microsoft Office)
