1. Receptionist
- At least 2 Year(s) experience as a receptionist or in a related field .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Able to speak English actively
- Good looking with attractive personality
- Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo
- Previous experience as Executive Assistant to CEO/ Director, minimum of 2 years.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written.
- Good communication skills and good analytical thinking is a must.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Multitasking and ability to work under pressure.
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines.
