HR Manager

Ortholite is Largest insole manufacturer company for various international brand of sport shoes and we are looking for HR Manager for located in Tangerang Kabupaten.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related
2. Experience in HR with over 7 – 10 years in which 5 -7 years in HR management
3. Labor Law and employment equity regulations
4. Effective HR administration and people management skills
5. Exposure to payroll practices
6. HR budgeting and cost control skills
7. Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
8. A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
9. Excellent relationship management skill, Personnel analyses skill, Department leadership, problem solving
10. Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
11. Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
12. English communication skills, spoken and written.
