Job Description :

• Perform design and upgrades of information systems to meet the business and client needs.
• Provide documentation of all processes as needed.
• Implement best practices for supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with the internal developer team.
  

Requirements :

• Proven work experience as a business analyst in HRIS (Peoplesoft, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) minimum 3 years.
• Strong knowledge of business information system.
• Ability to explain technical details.
• Excellent analytical skills and communication skills.
