*MARKETING MANAGER VACANCY*

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Maintaining marketing strategy in Online & Offline Traffic
• Maintaining an integrated social media ( IG, Facebook, Etc )
• Handling brand / product event launch
• In partnership with Insights, identify key trending moments to activate the Company brand through a mix of content, partnerships, and marketing campaigns.
• Create , maintain and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insight for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendation on tactics
• Support the development of a robust measurement plan to ensure that the content strategy is evaluated correctly and demonstrates business impact (where applicable).
• Building relationship with Kols in social media, influencer etc
• Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Female
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing (Preferred), business or related major
• 4 years of experience working for a well-known brand creating compelling stories, content, and campaigns.
• 4 years experience managing content operations, influencing cross-functional teams and leadership
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaign
• Experience with marketing budget, automation, and CRM tools
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Deep understanding on customer relation management
• Ability to seek advice and accept feedback
• Great Teamworking skill
