ME Coordinator

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Building Maintenance in highrise building/ retail shopping center/ mall.
• Required skill: electrical, mechanical, plumbing, property management, and highrise building
• Computer literacy (ability to operate Microsoft Office).
• Familiarity with operation and maintenance system and maintenance elevator, escalator, AC, Chiller, STP.
• Good communication and hardworking nature
• Highly-motivated can work under pressure and able to work as an individual and in a team
• Able to make maintenance mechanical building budget and work plan
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya, East Java
