Position: National Service Manager
Placement: South Jakarta
PT Mitra Karsa Utama (MKU) is an outsource company that first began its business in the telecommunication industry, by partnering with one of the major cellular provider in Indonesia. Now, due to our hard work and dedication for improvement to give the best for our clients, we have partners in the telecommunication industry, consumer goods and services, banking, and building material all around Indonesia, from Sumatra, Java, Bali, Nusa Tenggara, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi, with various positions from managerial level such as Project Manager, Technical Coordinator, and Supervisor, to Programmers, Sales, Surveyor, Technical Support, and Field Engineers. Currently, we are working to further improve ourselves to provide the best service for our clients in these quickly changing times.
The ideal candidate will provide and maintain excellent customer service and be the frontline service contact for our external customers.

Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a trained staff to provide quality service to all customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the key liaison to sales and management to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
- Provide status and service reports to recommend next steps to management
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' of experience either in technical support or management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills of English
