Supply Chain Specialist (Cikarang, West Java)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business management or other related field, LC trained is advantage
• At least 5 years’ working experience in full logistics in multicultural environment
• Posses strong technical knowledge, incoterm, L/C, Countries Export/ Import regulations & certifications

To be accountable for coordinating Logistics & Forwarder Relations in defined areas in client together with Services Operations, Procurement team, Sales, Sales Support & Business Units. Take care of logistics process & practicality, supplier & forwarder relationship to ensure the order has been fulfilled in timely manner.

Responsibilities:

1. Process shipping/receiving in compliance with regulations, rules, procedures & standards
2. Complete required document e.g. Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Work Orders & Shipping Instruction
3. Complete daily shipping & receiving logs & records
4. Dispatch freight for delivery & arrange for pickups
5. Liaison with carrier representative for performing shipping instructions & delivery
6. Rectify problems such as damages, shortages & non-conformity
7. Document & escalate any significant issues or errors
8. Develop constructive & cooperative working relationships with internal team & external servicers
9. Handling customs process for export & import the goods
10. Contact with banks for Letter of Credits & guarantees transactions.
11. Handle shipments under LC terms & condition
12. Coordinate with forwarding agents to ensure timely logistic arrangement & shipment
13. Perform according to Quality, Safety, Environmental & other company’s’ management system, policies, practices & instructions
