Key Responsibilities:

• Writing improvement proposals. You will make technical recommendations to improve the quality of our software development, based on your deep dive findings
• Management of multiple software engineering teams
• Leading engineering design
• Development teams across multiple cross-functional domains
• Regularly communicate with senior management on technical development, product strategy, status, and risks
• To be succeed in this VP of Software Development role, you must at least have solid system design and architecture experience.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science (or related discipline)
• At least eight years of experience building and managing development teams that design and deliver large distributed systems – preferably in agile development, object-oriented systems realm with high availability
• At least three years' people management experience building strong teams and managing managers
• Solid system design and architecture experience
