Position: Outlet Development Manager

REQUIREMENT :

1. Maksimum Age 45 years, (S1) Any Background
2. Have strong connections with the person in charge at major real estate developers and office buildings
3. Ability to control negotiations with vendors and real estate companies developers for store openings
4. Have a broad business background including sufficient negotiation skills with a good understanding of legal documents
5. Understanding of the concept and design (outlet)
6. Familiar with AutoCAD is a plus, Fluent English
   

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Assess the locations of existing stores, identify opportunities for growth/location changes, create an annual goal plan accordingly
2. Execute new store development (finding new real estate deals, market analysis, sales forecast, negotiation on conditions, coordination and conclusion of contracts, etc.) based on strategy
3. Participate in developing a medium-to-long-term real estate strategy and assume a role to coordinate directly and smoothly with relevant departments
4. Review provisional P&L statement and investment analysis for new store's locations to pursue better results in the company's financial KPIs.
5. Be informed and aware of all relevant legislation regarding operating our outlets.
6. Manage target/ territory coverage & redistribution achievement, including effective covering of assigned territory/retail outlet, achieve sales target as per plan and breakdown of territory/outlet targets to customer’s
