Sales Engineer

Madael Consult and Konecranes cooperate with Konecranes - International conpany which engaged in heavy-equipment industry, is seeking candidate for "Sales Engineer" at Surabaya.

Responsibilities (Main responsibilities will include):

• Canvasing to find as many opportunities as possible in a predetermined work area.
• Intensely following up opportunities to get orders, at the same time with high discipline entering all data into the system (SIEBEL) and managing data in the system properly and correctly.
• Build and improve the quality of relationships with customers, until customer satisfaction is achieved
• Bridging customer complaints related to after-sales service with our support team (Service department)
• Any other tasks directed by superiors for the sake of achieving the common good
• Work hard to achieve the targets set by the company

Requirements (What we are looking for in you)

• Max. 30 years old.
• Min. Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.
• Min. 2 years of experience in Sales Engineering product/project based.
• English (Basic to Intermediate acceptable) (verbal and written)
• Deep knowledge about customers at the area this position handle (Central Java – East Java – Bali - NTB and NTT)
• Good knowledge to operate computer, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) include Microsoft Project (preferably),
• Strong interpersonal skills to persuade and influencing customers,
• Strong in product presentation and communicating to customers,
• Strong negotiation skills in order to have good profit with ideal Terms and Conditions.
• You must be apprentice-trained or equivalent and fully conversant with engineering disciplines such as electrical or mechanical or civil
• Engineering experience: have ever sold products related to material handling equipment in industrial sector.
• Experience with overhead cranes and hoists is preferred, full product training will be given
• Good grasp of the English language (verbal and written) (Basic to Intermediate)
• Strong interpersonal skills as there is extensive customer contact
• Proven commitment to safety
• You must be able to climb a ladder and able to work at heights
• Willingness to work extra hours during tasks needed at out of office hour
• Hold a current driving license & also have own car
