Job Description:
- Manage talent acquisition process: understand the client/user’s needs, develop related job desc., posting job adv., lead hiring process, onboarding, induction and placement.
- Lead the talent management project: job placement or outsourcing.
- Manage the communication and relationship with the client/user for successful talent acquisition, job placement and outsourcing project.
- Manage employment contract, assignment letter, registration, administration and employee records (attendance, data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
- Support the implementation of HR project, initiative, system, policy and procedure.
- Support the management through counseling, disciplinary and grievance action.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Work Location: Jakarta or Remote (Work From Anywhere – WFA).
- University degree in Management/Psychology or related fields.
- Max. 2 years of experience in HR fields. Experience in HR consultant, handling talent acquisition/job placement/outsourcing is preferable.
- Good communication in English (written and verbal).
- Understand labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Good analytical thinking and have excellent communication & presentation skill.
- Ability to handle numerous time-critical assignments simultaneously with sense of urgency & good time management.
- Work independently under limited supervision (self-managed).
- Willing to travel to various location and overnight stay.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, performance management, pay & benefits, HR policy and procedure) is an advantage.
- Understand to use the psychological tools is an advantage.
