Admin & GA Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain all HR records and all employee’s information complete, accurate and updated
  • Business Trip Arrangement: Arrange ticket, accommodation, transport for the business trip
  • Support the administration of the recruitment and selection processes
  • Record keeping of office assets e.g. workstation labels, desktops/laptops label, etc.
  • Ensure the Cleanliness of work environment in entire office (workspace and meeting rooms)
  • Take up other duties/projects assistance as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Minimum D3 degree, preferable IT
  • Male/Female, 25 - 30 years old
  • 2 - 3 years of experiences in HR & GA is acceptable
  • Have good computer literate
  • High motivated, quick learner and have good conduct of behavior
  • Able to work in a team, energetic, strong negotiation skill and presentable
