REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 4 years experience handling area productivity in ride hailing/logistics company are preferable
• Experienced in leading a team of 20 or more
• Proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously
• Excellent in effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Able to work independently or cross-functionally
• Good in written and spoken English
• Excellent in data & analytical skills
• Excellent in presentation
• Willing to be placed in SDC ShopeeFood (Cities across West Java, other regions open to discuss)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Coordinate with Operations Supply Management & Driver Engagement for day to day Operations
• Report and escalate to Area Operations Manager (regarding operations performance & issues related to driver service)
• Plan, execute, monitor, and report for Driver Acquisition, Driver Engagement, Inventory Management process
• Manage operational performance (business operations, driver performance, and service to driver performance)
• Manage and ensure all problem solving according to agreed process & SOP
• Develop and monitor Area Operations team performance
