Requirement:

• Tertiary Degree in Engineering or Process Operations background or relevant academic and industry experiences;
• Technical/ Operation role must have Process Operations or Advanced Technology background with relevant academic and industry experience in managing hydro-metallurgical extraction of Gold, Silver and other precious materials and in working on pertinent software;
• At least 7 years’ experience in engineering, design, technology & OEM selection, managing project construction and operations in the Copper and Smelter Industry and relevant field;
• At least 4 years’ experience in similar position or having worked with national/ global Engineering companies for Copper /Nickel/ Zinc projects in an EPC/EPCM mode;
• Expertise in process technology, engineering, operations, maintenance and past credentials to cost effectively manage plants is a prerequisite for this position;
• Expertise in geology, geo-statistic and geo-modelling mineral for Cooper & Gold or base metal;
• Expertise in crushing Milling & Beneficiation/Magnetic Separator (CMB) plant
• Expertise in mechanical & electrical system crushing plant and washing plant
• Expertise in ore physical processing & characterization
• Have Mine operational inspector certificate (POP/ POM/POU) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position;
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
