Job Qualification :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree with minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Fluent in written and oral English and Indonesian.
• Minimum 3-year experience and have proven experience
• Have experience and understand with e-commerce marketing strategy.
• Passionate in beauty industry, is a Must.
• Able to work individually and in a team.
• A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities
• Wide knowledge in beauty and up to date with all current trends.
• Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail.

Job Description :

• Lead marketing team to achieve marketing goals and ensure all marketing activities are on track and in a timely manner
• Develop and implemented offline and online marketing strategy, partnership & campaign activity.
• Oversee performance and dealing with external to align marketing communication strategy included partnership, collaboration and media relations.
• Manage ideas and promotional techniques to ground brand awareness to the market for all products.
• Managed various marketing campaign from Branding and all digital marketing channels.
• Planning & managing the marketing budget & resources and execution plan

Placement: Semarang, Central Java
Salary: IDR 15-25 mio

Job Description :

• Maintain, coordinate and supervise between departments
• In charge of running the building operation properly, develop management policies and their implementation
• Supervise technical and administrative environment of each department
• Coordinate and manage with the relevant parties such as projects, contractors, suppliers and other departments that support the building operations such as IT, Finance, Purchasing, HR, etc.
• Prepare the annual budget for building operation and maintenance
• Manage operational costs effectively and efficiently

Job Qualification :

• Bachelor degree, preferably with Engineering background
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Minimum 5 years experience in building/property management
• Fluent in Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
• Discipline and self motivated
