3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
4. Experienced in creating program and strategies in talent and people development
5. Understanding of Training Needs Analysis and Competency Matrix
6. Have a good skill & knowledge of digitalilization learning
7. Have a good skill & knowledge Desain & Video Graphics
8. Ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast paced, changing environment.
9. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem solving skills.
