BDO in Jakarta Indonesia is looking for Learning & Development staff!

Requirement:

1. Bachelor in Psychology or any major related with minimum GPA 3.00
2. Minimum 1 year experience (freshgraduates are welcome)
3. Experience in handling Learning Management System (LMS) is adventage
4. Good communication skill
5. Mastering Microsoft Excel and Pivotable
6. Detail and target oriented
7. Highly initiative, responsive, accountable

Job description:

1. Fully in-charge for Learning and Development (administration and training process)
2. Handling good relationships with users from all business units
3. Create a training concept for all business unit
4. Make a TNA (training need analysis) and maintaining learning management system (LMS)
