Roles and Responsibilities :

• Actively seeking out new sales prospects for Nusantics Covid Air Scan product & opportunities through all relevant channels.
• Conducting market research for Nusantics Covid Air Scan product to identify target of selling possibilities
• Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
• Negotiating deals with prospective client/partner and consumer to build good relationship with to generate Nusantics Covid Air Scan product repeat sales.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Ensure client satisfaction by logging in client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role with 3 – 5 years experience with proven sales achievements handling B2B and B2C.
• Self-motivated and driven by targets
• Strong communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills
• Strong leadership with excellent problem-solving skills
• Having commitment to excellent customer services and awareness in health protocols and environment

Your role :

• Conduct material sourcing, negotiations and purchase
• Prepare requisitions and purchase orders
• Manage supply chain flow of procure-to-payment
• Prepare requisitions and purchase orders
• Track and record orders
• Receive orders and document arrivals
• Manage supply base
• Coordinate payment
• Analyze market movement, pricing trends and communicate to management
• Manage relationships conducively with all stakeholders (vendors, clients, customers, team members, and managers)

Minimum Qualifications You have :

• Bachelor’s degree in procurement, business, finance, biology, engineering or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in procurement at Biotechnology/ Retails/ Pharmacy/ Laboratory
• Familiar with Jurnal.ID is a plus
• Morally ethical, analytical, and logical thinking
• Familiar industry procedures, costs, and terms
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office as well as Google Office Suite
• Experienced at compiling and following strict budget
• Able to execute and perform tasks independently
• Demonstrates good communication and negotiation skills
