Position: Senior KOL Specialist

Placement: Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee completion of project
• Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
• Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement projects
• Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
• Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
• Highlight potential risks or malfunctions, act proactively to resolve issues and seek opportunities for improvement
• High integrity and high responsibility for doing the projects

Qualifications:

• Min. 2 years exp in KOL Project Coordinator area
• Proficient in English
• Good communication and coordinating skills
• Focus on detail and a good organizer
• Able to work with a team
• Quality as a priority in every working process
• High flexibility to change and adapt
