Trainer & Quality Assurance Officer

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major
2. Experience 1 year as Customer Service Trainer/Quality Assurance
3. Fluent in English both oral and written
4. Strong knowledge of quality assurance evaluation aspect, scoring, CSAT & DSAT
5. Familiar to provide feedback with customer Service Personal Advisor in a formal or non-formal forum
6. Experienced providing training with Customer Service Personal Advisor
7. Motivated person & good communication skill
8. Problem solver & strong in analyzing skill
