UI/UX Designer

We Are Hiring UI/UX Designer for PT Padepokan Tujuh Sembilan

Responsibilities :

• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy
• Communicate design direction, decisions, and rationale to the product team
• Develop human-centric wireframes and prototypes that delights customers and/or solve pain points;
• Design mock-ups and high-fidelity user interfaces, and iterate rapidly.
• Provide product specs, copywriting, and UI elements/assets to Engineers/Developers.
• Conducting customer research including usability tests
• Effectively evaluate the effect of project/feature launches, propose improvement suggestions and solutions, and continuously promote product experience optimization

Requirement

• Minimum of +2 years hands-on UI/UX, preferable to have working experience.
• Humility, zero egos, excellent collaborative spirit, have an eagerness to learn, help, and share.
• Curiosity to explore creative solutions and try new things and validate your design, either through quantitative or qualitative research.
• Good understanding with the platform that you are building (Web, Androis, IOS, etc.)
• Proficient with the following technologies and software: Figma, Adobe XD, Framer, and others design tools.
• Placement : Bandung or Jakarta

*Additional Skills

• Having knowledge of programming skills
• Having experience of IT Business or System Analys
