1. On-site earthwork construction guidance;
2. Will calculate earthwork balance
3. Will do earthwork acceptance tests such as compaction
4. If able to communicate in English is a plus point;
5. Minimum owned Bachelor's Degree
6. Minimum owned 2 years or more work experiences;
7. Able to understand construction drawing
