Position: HR Associate

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor degree in Psychology
2. Experienced in Recruitment and People Development for around 3-5 years. Executive Recruiter is more desired
3. Willing to work from the office. Less than a month's notice will be an advantage
4. Good communication & pay attention to details, able to work under minimum supervising
5. Able to maintain the confidentiality of information,
6. Good attitude, teamwork, and work ethic

The scope of work:

1. End-to-end recruitment (mostly supervisor, manager, and executive-level above)
2. Performance Management
3. People and Organization Development
