1. Mobile Developer

• Apps portfolio (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Having Strong Problem Solving Capability
• Mastering of following technology stacks.
• One other toolset / framework for Android Development (ie. Native Android, Kotlin, etc)
• One other toolset / framework for IOS development (ie. Objective C, Swift, etc)
• Able to use a collaborative design for prototyping (ie. Figma), to translate material design into Apps
• (Not to create the design using the software)
• Familiar with HTML and CSS3
• Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction.
• Design, build, and improve highly scalable, reliable, and fault tolerant Android/iOS App
• Ensure the performance, quality, security and responsiveness of applications
• Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
• Creating compelling mobile device specific user interfaces and experiences
• Develop application programming interfaces (APIs) to support mobile functionality
• Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts and best practices for coding mobile apps
• Hands on experience with relational databases (My SQL Server) and exposure to no-SQL data stores such as MongoDB, ElasticSearch as well as caching stores (Redis)
• In depth understanding about REST API and its utilization
• In depth understanding of Object Oriented Programming and architecture patterns of Mobile Development

2. Web Developer

• Menguasai HTML5, PHP Framework Codeigniter
• Menguasai Database MySQL, Postgre, SQL Server
• Memahami konsep SOA dan Web Service, HTTP dan RESTFul Web Service, API
• Memahami RDBMS, Object Oriented Programming, Logic dan Algorithm
• Menguasai Javasccript, Ajax, Jquery, JSON
• Menguasai CSS Framework seperti Bootstrap
• Mampu bekerja secara team maupun sendiri
• Mau mempelajari teknologi baru 
• Bisa bekerja di bawah tekanan memenuhi tenggat waktu, dan memprioritaskan tugas rutin dan ad hoc
