Position: Purchasing Administrator

Requirement :
  • Bachelor's degree in administration, management, accounting or related field.
  • Having min. 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably specialized in Purchasing or Procurement administrator.
  • Good communication and negotiation skill.
  • Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
Responsibilities :
  • Good analytic skills.
  • Manage small to medium purchase.
  • Cost analysis (if required).
  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
  • Outstanding Purchase order monitoring, regularly.
  • Familiar with Microsoft office particularly excel.
  • Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.

  1. Interesting stuff guys. Now almost in all the countries of world prefer to buy products online to save time as well as the money. I also prefer digital portals for saving time instead of visiting the market. Benchmarking results indicate what needs to be improved and changed in the online store: optimize management; eliminate communication barriers; review the costs of administrative and production functions; transform the assortment matrix and pricing policy; optimize the sales system; modify guts(.)pk approaches to customer service; choose effective distribution channels.
