Position :

1. SEM Manager

Job Description :

• Support team on creating a new marketing strategy & execution of digital marketing communications & campaigns.
• Oversee campaign performance, track daily performance & seek for efficiency improvement in performance.
• Consult the digital media team regarding campaign performance optimizations in order to maximize campaign outcome in regards to target KPIs.
• Make data-driven decisions utilizing internal tools & campaign insights, to measure channel or campaign effectiveness.
• Drive new initiatives to improve workflow & processes within the SEM team
• Execute & optimize SEM campaigns
• Analytical mindset & an excellent understanding of online marketing metrics like CPC, CTR, Impressions, CPA, CR, etc. are a must.

Job Requirement  :

• Experience as a Search Engine Marketing Specialist.
• Hands-on experience with planning & implementing a successful SEO strategy.
• Proven success in SEO.
• Experience in web analytics, marketing & business development.
• Experience with A/B testing & other testing metrics.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Critical thinker & problem-solving skills.
• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal & communication skills
