Position: Staff Procurement

Placement: Surabaya, East Java

Description:

• Prepare for goods received orders from the user.
• Looking for suppliers for ordering the requested items.
• To ensure ordered items arrive on time.
• Prepare PO and send to accounting for payment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Age maximum 30 years old
• At least 1 year of experience working in the same field
• Able to operate Ms Office (Ms Word & Ms Excel)
• Has an experience working with various suppliers
• Good skills of detail orientation, work and time management, communication, tender, & negotiation.
• Prepare for goods received orders from the warehouse / outlets
• Has an accounting skill
• Already did 2nd dose vaccine
