PT Bumi Nusantara Jaya is a holding company based in Jakarta that is involved in the scope of coal and mineral trading, serving as a contractor, and others.

Currently We’re looking for Candidates Spv. Legal. For details as follows:

Responsibilities:

• Manage all the company’s legal activities, both administration and operations (litigation and non-litigation)
• Manage the Annual General Meeting (RUPS) and the Articles of Association amendments
• Manage drafting legal solutions with third parties
• Protect the company's intellectual properties
• Oversee business developments related to agreements, permits, and other administration
• Provide legal advice for other departments
• Prepare the due diligence administration (if needed)
• Willing to work in Head Office (Jakarta) and Site (Kalimantan).      

Requirements: 

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Law, with a minimum of 3 years work experience in Coal Trade Legal field.
• Comprehend in the mining industry and business law, both nationally and internationally
• Good in negotiation and persuasion
