Position: Customer Relation Staff

Salary: 5,5 - 6 mio

Qualification:

1. Male, max age 26 y.o
2. At least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree from any major
3. Active and have strong communication English skills it’s a must
4. Experienced as Customer Relation, Sales, or Marketing
5. Willing to work MOBILE
6. Willing to work in flexible hours
7. Lives in Bekasi/Cibitung area.
8. Having private vehicle.
9. Can join ASAP 

Job description:

• Acquire customers in each tenant location, to download, register and order through our Apps.
• Assist and follow up customers inquires / problems.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and solving customer complaint/ problem with another team.
• Conduct sales promotions for tenant employees in each tenant location.
• Conduct sales call/ sales visit to tenant in MM2100 to generate new potential customers.
• Follow up inquiries from potential customers.
• Support on conducting any required survey for our program.
• Conduct timely and accurate reporting on the sales / CRM activity
