Position: Customer Service Team Lead.
Placement: Puri Kencana - Kembangan Jakarta Barat
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as Customer Service Team Leader/Supervisor
- Excellent customer service skills, problem solving and analytical skills
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in e-commerce
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willing to work in shift time and on public holiday
- Responsible to handle and follow up the customer complaint by phone and other channels.
- Maintain all team performance and schedule, handle hard complaint.
- Making monthly team report.
- Ability to make improvement in customer service field
