Position: Customer Service Team Lead.
Placement: Puri Kencana - Kembangan Jakarta Barat

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as Customer Service Team Leader/Supervisor
  • Excellent customer service skills, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in e-commerce
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Willing to work in shift time and on public holiday
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to handle and follow up the customer complaint by phone and other channels.
  • Maintain all team performance and schedule, handle hard complaint.
  • Making monthly team report.
  • Ability to make improvement in customer service field
