Indotrading is hiring for Customer Service

Responsibilities:

• Anticipate customer needs, following up with previous customers to offer additional services
• Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints
• Manage and maintain good relationship with customers
• Maintain the satisfaction of customers towards our brands

Qualifications:

• Maximum 28th years old
• Having 1-2 year(s) of working experience as a Customer Experience
• Able to communicate both verbally and written in English and Indonesian to communicate with our internal and regional stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems
• Good team player, positive attitude
• Can join immediately
