Financial Planning & Analysis  – Jakarta

Requirement :

• Male & Female, 22 - 30 yo
• Bachelor/Post Graduate degree required in required statistics, accounting, finance or economics courses
• Minimum 1-2 years work experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel (Financial Modeling)
• Must have good analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• English proficiency

Job Description :

• Identify and research variances to budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Budget controller for operating and capital expenditure of the company.
• Analyzes and reports on key drivers of business and company performance, including monthly and quarterly results and variance analysis.
• Performs departmental work on special projects in cost savings, revenue analysis, and other projects as assigned by management.
• Support FP&A team throughout budget processes, which may include reviewing content for errors, generating reports.
• Assist in preparation of monthly management materials for management.
• Partner directly with the finance team and central FP&A groups to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
• Provide other ad hoc support, and respond to requests as needed.
